After just over a month the clip has broken. While support responded promptly their solution was to provide a new harness at 1/2 price. We have had Dog Friendly Co harnesses and they have never failed after years of use. We will not be buying this product again.

The velcro did not stick resulting in my dog getting free. It is now held with a safety pin - does not look good but he is safe. This is the third one I have ordered and by far the worse - could have been catastrophic if I had not been able to capture my dog

Initially I did not like the harness because the velcro was not strong enough and the harness came off because of that. I then sewed the strips together and now the harness is perfect and I have control over my dog.

It’s a good sturdy harness. However, I think the name tag should be stitched on rather than Velcro. It’s far too easy for the name tag to be dislodged when your dog is playing with other dogs or even brushing up against something.

The strap around the middle comes loose easily . Avoid this product for dashies , due to their stature it slips off easily . Love the fact that it displays their name .

The only negative is the underbelly strap loosens a bit during wear. They might need to get a better fastener that doesn't allow the strap to loosen once set to the right length.

Really love the harness with removeable name tag with phone number. I was puppy sitting for a month and wish I had requested a second tag with the owners phone number on it as well. I had mine put on since they were traveling on the other side of the world.
I have requested a second tag twice now and not heard back.
But the HARNESS IS GREAT!

I felt that the straps were scratchy on my small and she kept trying to scratch at it. She wore it for about 5 minutes and i took it off. The other harness i bought wasn't even out of the packet. I think it was totally unfair of the company stating that I could not receive a refund. I will never go back to this company. So be careful when you are ordering and make sure the harness is what you really want.

It’s a nice looking harness, very easy to put on but has a few anomalies I’m not happy with.
The size guide isn’t correct for my medium size female groodle (22kg), I referenced the size chart for weight and measurement and it suggests a Large size. She would definitely have been better in a medium. The harness is fine while walking as she pulls but quite loose when stood or at play, even with the straps fully tightened, just something to be mindful of when deciding on size.
The clip is HUGE, so not plussed with it hitting the back of her leg.
The Velcro name tag, also too big, the ends overlap the harness. Could easily be a couple of cm shorter on length and height.
We bought 2 of these, one for each dog in different colours, my other dog is bigger (27kg) and the harness fits him well. The under body strap slips all the time so I’m continually tightening that up tho. They are active dogs, so maybe that’s just our lot.

i was very disappointed with this product as my dogs are very small and I felt the straps were too scratchy and heavy for them. I ordered the correct size but feel these are better suited for a larger dog. Be aware that if you are not happy will you NOT receive a refund. The company should have "no refund policy" in bold when you order so you don't get caught like I did. I would never buy from them again.
