Refund policy
1. Scope of Guarantee
All products on PawBabe.com have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described, defective, damaged, or are of low quality.
The following situations are not included:
An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
Items are as described, but you no longer want them (unless we agree on returns).
2. Guaranteed Protection Period
You must initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of your order shipment date.
3. To Qualify:
Products must be returned in new/unworn condition with the original packaging to qualify (please do not try them out outdoors).
You must be able to provide order information. We require an order number to process any exchange/return.
4. How to request a full refund and return the item?
Please contact our customer service at support@pawbabe.com to return or exchange your order.
We will reply to all emails within 24 hours during the business day.
5. Return Shipping Fee
- Product Quality Issue: We are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Not Product Quality Issue: Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping costs.
6. Order Cancellation
- For orders canceled within 24 hours since paid, we will offer a full refund.
- For orders canceled after 24 hours but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee.
- We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
7. How long will the buyer receive a refund or exchange?
- We will issue the refund within 1-3 working days after we receive the returns.
- We will prepare the new items that you exchange and deliver them within 1-3 days after we receive your exchange parcel.
